Our interview process

What happens after you click "apply."

  1. Application Review

    • Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and decide if we’ll proceed with the interview process.
    • Entera believes in individual growth and development, so even if you don't meet 100% of the job requirements, we still want to hear from you!
  2. Recruiter Phone Interview

    • If selected to move forward, you'll spend about 30 minutes with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.
    • This is an opportunity for us to learn more about each other and determine if there's a mutual interest in continuing the conversation.
  3. Assessment

    • You may be asked to complete a take-home assessment such as a coding exercise.
    • We're interested in how candidates think through and approach different problems that we encounter day to day.
  4. Hiring Manager Phone Interview

    • You'll speak with the hiring manager by video or phone.
    • Plan to ask deeper questions about the role or anything else you're curious about.
    • Review your experience and share why you're interested in this role.
    • Tip: Review the "Indicators of Success" below and prepare examples ahead of time!
  5. “Face-to-Face” Interviews

    • You'll meet with a cross functional group of Enterans virtually or onsite.
    • You may be asked to deliver a presentation, especially if you're interviewing for a leadership role.
    • Your talent acquisition partner is a great resource and will tell you what to expect.
  6. Debrief & Decision

    • Within 1-2 days of completing the process, the interviewers will regroup to discuss their feedback.
    • Your talent acquisition partner will reach out once a hiring decision is made.
    • Whether you receive an offer or not, our team will provide feedback that we hope will be useful in the future.
  7. Entera Launch

    • Prior to your start, you’ll receive a welcome email containing new hire paperwork, a box of swag (!), and your laptop.
    • On your first day, you'll have a brief orientation followed by an introductory meeting with your manager where they'll review your onboarding plan and 30/60/90 day goals.
    • We can't wait to welcome you!
